Once an order is placed, it is usually prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately with your name and order number. While we strive to accommodate address changes, we cannot guarantee them after shipment.

What are the shipping procedures?

Our warehouse ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. After an order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days to prepare it, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.

What if items are out of stock or on backorder?

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email with the expected shipping date. If the delay exceeds two weeks, we will automatically issue a refund for the unavailable items.

What if my delivery address is incorrect?
